He began to use testosterone therapy by Nebido 1000 mg. And he was injected 4 times during a year. Also, he had Azoospermia. So his testicles were in a little but normal size. After therapy, 3 times therapy his testicles decreased 3 times. Only the last theraphy hi used Gonadotropin preparations to prevent the decrease. Now my brother stopped the theraphy and has stress and shock because his testicales cannot produce even 250 ng/dl total testosterone. During therapy, he had 900-1300 ng/dl total testosterone. How he can return the size or production strength of testicales, beacause he doesnot want to be addicted by Nebido. How he can prevent atrophy of testicles and return the testicles to the previous size. Does Clomife, Ovotrella, Gonadotropin or other injections can help him? Please, I need your advice. My brother is 31 yeras old.
